EthanFounder, designer and developer

I'm Ethan. I started WCS in Brussels and now work between Brussels and Toronto, Ontario, with clients on both sides of the Atlantic.

There is no account manager and no hand-off. The person who answers your first email is the one who writes your pages, designs them and puts them online. That is also why I only take a few projects at a time.

  1. We talkYou tell me what the site has to do. I ask a lot of questions.
  2. Fixed quote in 48 hoursScope, timeline and price in writing. No surprises later.
  3. Design and buildYou see the real site early, on your phone, and we refine it together.
  4. Launch and afterDomain, mail, analytics, handover. I stay reachable once it is live.

Questions

How much does a project cost?

Every project gets a fixed quote after a short conversation, usually within 48 hours. The price depends on the number of pages, languages and integrations, not on the hours I end up spending.

How long does it take?

Most websites go live in three to six weeks. An AI assistant on an existing site can be ready in one to two weeks.

Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

Yes, when it makes sense for you. I set up simple editing for the content that changes often, and stay available for the rest.

Do you work with clients outside Belgium?

Yes. I work from Brussels and Toronto, Ontario, in French, English and Dutch, and most projects run remotely without any problem.

What happens after launch?

You own everything: code, domain, accounts. I offer ongoing care for updates and improvements, but nothing locks you in.

Have a project in mind?

Write a few lines about what you need. You'll get an answer from me, usually the same day.
