WebCreationStudio ("we", "us", "our") is a Belgian web development agency operating at bywcs.com. We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian law. What Data We Collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. We do not operate user accounts, we do not collect payment information directly, and we do not use tracking pixels or advertising cookies. Beyond the contact form, the only data collected is anonymous usage statistics through Vercel Analytics.
How We Use Your Data
The information you submit through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is never used for automated decision-making or profiling.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions for a maximum of 12 months from the date of receipt. After this period, messages and associated personal data are permanently deleted. If you request deletion before this period, we will comply within 30 days.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics purposes. Vercel Analytics, the analytics tool used on this site, is cookieless and privacy-friendly by design. It collects only anonymous, aggregated data (such as page views and general geographic region) without storing any personal identifiers or setting cookies on your device. No cookie consent banner is required as a result.
Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights: the right to access the personal data we hold about you; the right to rectify inaccurate data; the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"); the right to restrict or object to processing; and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données, APD) at www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Vercel Inc. (340 Pine Street Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA) for website hosting and anonymous analytics; and Resend Inc. for transactional email delivery. Both services are contractually bound to process data only as instructed and in compliance with GDPR.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of bywcs.com after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
