Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and conditions for any project are defined individually in a separate client contract or service agreement. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of availability.
Intellectual Property

With respect to client projects: ownership of deliverables (code, design assets, etc.) transfers fully to the client upon receipt of final payment, as agreed in the applicable contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, WebCreationStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. In any case, our total liability to a client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
