WikiPro Solutions
The site of a Belgian team that runs the day-to-day of insurance for both insurers and brokers. It had to explain six services to two very different buyers, in French and in Dutch, without reading like a brochure.

The brief
WikiPro Solutions took over Wikitree Insurance Services in June 2026, with its 23 people. The company answers phones, handles files and claims, trains staff and supplies experts to insurers such as AXA and Baloise and to brokerages across Belgium. Two audiences, six services, two languages, and a new name that nobody knew yet.
What we did
We built it around the work itself. Each of the six services is shown as the screen its team actually uses (a call sheet, a claims queue, a training tracker), drawn in code, and opens full page from its card. The first screen is the building the team works from in Ixelles, with the numbers right under it: since 2011, six solutions, over 150 brokers and insurers. A short 'who we are' says plainly what WikiPro is not: not a platform, not a call centre abroad.
- Art direction and the six service screens, drawn in code
- Copywriting with the founders, in French and Dutch
- Six services, each opening on its own page
- An assistant that answers from the site
- Office map and contact flows
In detail
The work, not stock photos
Every service shows the screen behind it: a call sheet, a claims queue, a training tracker. Drawn in code, so they stay sharp and match the brand.
Two sides of one market
The first screen speaks to brokers and to insurers, each with their own promise, and the trust section shows the logos of both sides.
Bilingual from the first line
French and Dutch are written, not translated, and every page exists in both. The assistant answers in the language it is asked in.
