An assistant for yourdental practice.

Most dental searches happen after the office closes, and a toothache does not wait. The assistant answers new-patient questions, sends emergencies to the right place and takes appointment requests for the morning.

Talk about your numbers

What it does at a dental practice.

It covers the front-desk questions that repeat all day and leaves treatment decisions to your dentists.

New patient questions

Are you accepting new patients, what insurance do you work with, what happens at a first visit, what to bring. Answered from your own information.

Toothache and emergencies

A message about severe pain, swelling or trauma gets your emergency instructions straight away, such as your after-hours number or the nearest emergency service.

Appointment requests

Collects name, contact details, reason for the visit and preferred times, and sends them to your team to confirm.

Services explained in your words

Cleanings, whitening, aligners, implants and the rest, described the way your practice describes them, not generic web copy.

No price promises

It states fees only where you provide them. Otherwise it explains that costs depend on the exam and offers to book one.

How we set it up.

A widget on your site

Installed on your current website in your colours. No rebuild needed.

Requests sent to your team

Contact details and the full conversation by email or into the tools you already use.

Review before launch

You test it with real questions and approve it before a single visitor sees it.

How it works.

  1. BriefYou tell us how the practice works and which questions repeat.

  4. LaunchIt goes live on your site, and we stay available for changes.

Common questions.

Will it tell patients what treatment they need?

No. It explains your services and policies. Clinical judgement stays with your dentists, and the assistant says so when asked.

Can it check a patient's insurance coverage?

No. It can list the plans you accept and what to bring, but verifying coverage is a job for your staff.

How does it handle an emergency message?

You decide the rule. Typically it shows your after-hours number or directs the person to emergency care, and notifies your team of the message.

Can it work in more than one language?

Yes. It replies in the language the patient writes in.

What does it need from us?

Your hours, services, fees you want shown, insurance details and emergency rules. We turn that into the assistant and you review everything before launch.
