Talk about your numbers

What it does at a law firm.

It handles the first conversation: who you help, how engagement works and what to send. Anything legal stays with your lawyers.

Practice areas and fit

Explains what the firm handles and what it does not, so the wrong inquiries are redirected early and the right ones reach you.

Structured intake

Name, contact details, the type of matter, relevant dates and the best time to reach them, in a format your team can act on.

How engagement works

Consultation process, how fees are explained and what documents to prepare, as you describe them.

A clear disclaimer

It states that it provides general information about the firm, not legal advice, and that chatting does not create a lawyer-client relationship.

Confidentiality-minded

It tells people not to share sensitive details in chat and to wait for a conversation with a lawyer.

How we set it up.

A short brief

Your hours, services, policies and the rules for urgent messages, written down once.

Your content, loaded

The assistant is set up from your own pages and documents, and you can read exactly what it knows.

Your voice

Tone and wording written to match how your team already speaks to clients.

A widget on your site

Installed on your current website in your colours. No rebuild needed.

Requests sent to your team

Contact details and the full conversation by email or into the tools you already use.

Common questions.

Does the assistant give legal advice?

No. It explains the firm and its process, collects intake details and passes them to your team. It says so plainly.

Does using the chat create a lawyer-client relationship?

The assistant states that it does not. The wording of that disclaimer is yours to approve, and we recommend your own counsel or regulator's guidance shapes it.

Can it screen out matters you do not take?

Yes. You list the areas you handle and the ones you do not, and it responds accordingly and politely.

Can it be bilingual?

Yes. It replies in the language the person writes in.

What do we need to provide?

Your practice areas, intake questions, disclaimer wording and the rules for urgent matters. You review everything before launch.
